I’m Tom Neustedter, the owner of GNU Ventures here in Tucson. I work with owners and leaders of small and medium sized businesses to help them achieve greater business and personal success. A serial entrepreneur, I have a passion for working in and with small businesses, helping the business leaders drive growth in both sales and profits while developing plans to pursue new business opportunity. I also believe that growing the Tucson economy will be achieved by helping our local businesses successfully grow larger.
As a certified business coach and consultant, I work monthly with the leaders of many businesses here in Tucson. For example, I work with a local General Contractor. We developed a growth plan several years ago, and along with regular annual business planning, he has profitably grown his business from $5M annually to over $35M annually.
During my 30-year business career, I’ve worked in both small company and large corporate environments, and as a result I’ve gained an understanding of how to effectively manage within a small business environment without disrupting the sense of urgency that drives success.
An exceptional problem solver, I’m able to leverage my experience in sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and financial management to help business owners solve their most challenging issues.
